Privacy Policy

Last updated July 30, 2026

Yieldwatch is a one-person project that watches your mobile app's ad revenue and App Store sales for unexplained drops and tells you what to check. This page explains what data it collects, why, and how it's used.

What we collect

  • Account info. Your email address and password (handled by Supabase Auth, not stored by us in plain text), and the studio/project names you give us.
  • Ad network and reporting credentials. If you connect a data source, we store what's needed to pull your own reports on your behalf: an AppLovin MAX Report Key, an App Store Connect API key (issuer ID, key ID, private key, vendor number), or a Google OAuth refresh token for AdMob. These are stored server-side only, never sent to your browser or any other user, and used solely to fetch your own account's reporting data on a schedule.
  • Ad revenue and sales data. The daily (and, for AppLovin, hourly) revenue, impressions, eCPM, fill rate, App Store proceeds, and unit figures your connected accounts report, plus the anomalies we detect from them.
  • Billing info. If you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Stripe (we store a Stripe customer/subscription ID, never your card details).
  • Support and feedback. Anything you send us through the feedback form or by email.

What we don't do

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing, and don't use your ad revenue or sales data for anything other than showing it back to you and detecting anomalies in it. A small, anonymized slice of connected studios' performance may be used only to compute an aggregate peer benchmark (e.g. a median eCPM across studios) shown to other users, never attributed to your studio by name.

Third parties we use

Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email: anomaly alerts and login links), Stripe (billing), and the ad network/reporting APIs you explicitly connect (AppLovin, Apple's App Store Connect, Google AdMob). Each only receives what's necessary to do its job.

Your controls

You can disconnect any data source or delete your credentials at any time from Settings. Emailing us is the fastest way to request full account deletion.
